Young adult eucharistic adoration — 7-9 p.m. Aug. 3 at Diocesan Pastoral Center, 400 E. Monroe Street. Hosted by OurGodSpot young adult ministry. Offered the first Friday of e every month. Followed by a short talk. Event flyer.

“Monastery of Santa Maria de Vallbona.” — 10-11 p.m. EDT Aug. 3 on EWTN and online. A look at the origins of this Cistercian convent, located in the Catalonia region of Spain, and at the vocation of its resident sisters who dedicate their lives to God through prayer and hard work.
