Faith in Action Ministry

For two Monday evenings in early Advent, take time to pause from the holiday hustle and bustle and absorb the beauty of the Advent journey.
For insight and encouragement, as we begin our journey to Christmas, we will use readings from the Daily Reflections for Advent and Christmas: Waiting in Joyful Hope 2026-2027 pocket booklet, published by Liturgical Press. Throughout the season of Advent, we explore the mystery of the Incarnation—Jesus letting go of Divine splendor to embrace a human existence. Together we will examine our hearts and the work of our hands as we “prepare the way” recalling and relearning how God is with us in the world. Our time together will include contemplative prayer, reading Scripture, and conversation.
