Finding Hope in Our Call to Serve

AN EVENT FOR ALL CATECHISTS OF THE DIOCESE ON SUN., AUG.25 – 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
To begin this very special year together that will lead us into the Jubilee Year of Hope declared by Pope Francis that begins in Advent, we would like to invite all the catechists of the diocese to come together for an evening to strengthen our community of catechists and catechetical leaders, to affirm the role and place of the catechist within our parish and diocesan community, and to provide access to helpful and inspiring resources.
The theme we have chosen for this exciting kick-off event is “Finding Hope in our Call to Serve.”
We will begin with a 4:00 PM Mass in St. Mary’s Basilica followed by a reception and Catechist Resource Fair in the Diocesan Pastoral Center. See flyer for more details.
