Completing the Past, Creating the Future
This grief retreat is open to all who have attended the Casa’s Grief & Loss Retreat at any time in the past. We will build on the themes of the first retreat related to the elements of grief, healing, and the holidays, all inside a safe, loving community that “gets it.” You will be guided in the process of completing the past, creating a new normal, and how to treat yourself along the way. It’s a chance to see how you’re getting on, how you can build on what you learned, and acquire additional tools to keep moving forward. Like the first retreat, we will have a combination of lectures, experiential activities, live music-making, social time, and quiet time.

Fee: $250 single including lodging and meals; $135 commuter including meals. Pre-registration required.
