Feeling stressed as you start the new year? Spend a few hours with the Mental health Ministry Team. This Workshop will offer a practical approach to managing the stress of daily life with four 15-minute sessions and short breaks in between including:
You, Your Body, Your Mind and Spirit – learn how stress affects all aspects of our being.
Grace – Author of “The Search for Grace,” Krista Emma Gawronski will share how God’s Love and Grace is a gift to each of us in challenging times.
Meditation Moment – How to reconnect with God’s Peace in our chaotic world.
Moving Your Body – A demonstration on how a few minutes of gentle physical activity can help.
Adults 16 and up are welcome. Spend a few hours with your friends before the 4PM Vigil Mass.
