Ryan M. Sheade, LCSW, Erica Tatum-Sheade, LCSW and Cheryl Hentz, Young Adult Minister
A Four-Week Series for Young Adults – February 10, 17, 24 & March 3
Are you ready to show up fully—for yourself, for others, and for God? Relationships can be messy, beautiful, and life-giving, but they often feel complicated, risky, or confusing. Rooted & Real is a four-week, small-group workshop for young adults (20s–40s) that helps you navigate fear, vulnerability, and old patterns, while building trust, courage, and authentic connection.
Led by licensed psychotherapists and a young adult minister, each evening blends reflection, discussion, and practical exercises rooted in faith and real-life experience. Explore:
Why relationships feel hard—and how to grow through the struggle
Building boundaries, trust, and healthy intimacy
Finding your tribe and fostering meaningful community
Living open-hearted without losing yourself
Tuesdays at 6:30 PM | February 10, 17, 24 & March 3
Fee: $25 per person. Pre-registration required.
Step into connection. Step into courage. Step into love that’s truly rooted and real.
