DESCRIPTION:Calling all single women 18 years and older: Learn to track your cycle to better understand your health and God’s design of your body! \nIn these sessions you will have a chance to learn (or relearn!) how to chart your cycles.\nBe empowered with the knowledge of how wonderfully made you are. Navigate with more confidence any irregularities in your cycles and become a better advocate of your own health. \nAll sessions will have information pertinent to you\, the single woman.\nThe course includes:\n– 5 sessions\, each 2.5 hours long\n– Cycle tracking. Learn to recognize the changes in your cycle by learning a modern method of fertility awareness.\n– What you need to know about contraception (you have questions? we have answers!) \nLastly\, this will be in an informal setting. Our goal is for single\, young adult -college and professional women- to meet with kindred spirits.\nThis is not a place to convince anyone about the dangers of contraception or the beauty of the woman’s body (but you are welcome to invite those friends too). This is rather a place to empower those women who already know the beauty of the woman’s body\, by giving them information that they can USE in real life\, and\, why not? to make sensible arguments in its defense when they need to.

Nuestro retiro incluirá: tiempo de Adoración y para recibir el Sacramento de la Reconciliación. Sabemos que algunas fechas traen consigo muchos y fuertes sentimientos.
