We will build on the themes of the first retreat related to the elements of grief\, healing\, and the holidays\, all inside a safe\, loving community that “gets it.” You will be guided in the process of completing the past\, creating a new normal\, and how to treat yourself along the way. It’s a chance to see how you’re getting on\, how you can build on what you learned\, and acquire additional tools to keep moving forward.
