Is your car a little dusty? A benefit car wash will offset living costs for a local missionary ready to dedicate next school year to leading retreats for high schoolers. Want to save a life? Three parishes are hosting blood drives. Know a veteran? PBS connects you with a Catholic ministry.

 

Benefit car wash — 8 a.m.-2 p.m. July 12 at Blackwell Automotive (northwest corner of 40th Street/Greenway Road). Proceeds will help pay living expenses for Mariah Butcher, a St. Bernadette parishioner who is dedicating a second year to leading high schoolers closer to Christ through National Evangelization Teams Ministries.
