It is possible to get kids to love going to church. Just look at the writing on the red rectangles — the kids’ version of memorial bricks — at St. Mary Magdalene Parish in Gilbert. It’s their way of raising awareness, and ultimately funds from older parishioners, for the church’s capital campaign for the 15-year-old parish.
