Learn how St. Francis saw the beauty of God in all creation.
Looking at the life of Francis of Assisi, we find that art played a significant role in not just his conversion, but also in understanding the beauty of God in all creation. This would inspire Clare as well as Bonaventure and John Duns Scotus to write about the beauty of God found in creation and in ourselves. We will explore key events in the life of Francis of Assisi and see how his love of art and beauty would inspire others to see beauty in everything and everything as a work of art.
