Crosier Lenten Spiritual Exercises

The exercises help us, as Christians, to become more effective in realizing the Kingdom of God on earth. Inspired by the paschal mystery of Jesus, they guide each of us to reflect and pray through personal experiences of the Cross to achieve a transformation. With the accompaniment of a Cross-coach,” the exercises help us embrace the experience of the Cross, which promises healing, abundant life, greater freedom and deeper hope.
