Even though the New Year is frequently viewed as the end of the Christmas holidays—a time for new calendars and resolutions that most of us will rarely keep—it is an ideal opportunity to pause in the midst of our busy lives and reflect on where we’ve been, where we may be headed, and what it all means. That’s a tall order.
Come away for a bit. Pause, breathe, and reflect. Make this ending/beginning an opportunity to live more intentionally.
