“Redemptive Suffering and Christian Hope” Presentation

Presenter Paula Umana, recognized as an Ambassador of Hope throughout the United States and Latin America, is a former professional tennis player who now lives with paraplegia. She inspires thousands as host of Gifts of Hope on EWTN, an international Catholic speaker fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and a devoted wife and mother of five from Atlanta, GA.

She was a keynote speaker at the National Eucharistic Congress and is the author of three books that guide readers to discover true hope, offering tools for the sick, the suffering, and for learning how to “suffer well.”
Her mission is to bring hope and healing — with every book and program supporting people with disabilities in the Church.
