The Path Ahead: Spirituality and Purpose in Later Life is a six-part series designed for seniors to provide a space and structure for exploring the challenges and rewards of aging in a spiritual context.

What does Spirituality and Aging mean to you?
What spiritual needs do we have as seniors?
What is passion and purpose in later life?
How is God calling us?
How do we discern the path ahead?
Each session employs a multi-model approach combining contemplative practices, various prayer exercises, and directed discussions.

Session 2: Naming Our Spiritual Needs
Session 3: Gratitude and Resilience
Session 4: Shifting the Lens: From Doing to Being
Session 5: Passion and Purpose
Session 6: God’s Continuing Call: Discerning the Path Ahead
This program is sponsored by the Seabury Resources for Aging, a non-profit based in Washington, DC
