Dr. John Bergsma from the St. Paul Center will be speaking about “How to have Joy: Advice from an Apostle.” John Bergsma is the Vice President of Biblical Theology and Mission Effectiveness at the St. Paul Center. He is a distinguished Professor of Theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville and a renowned expert in the Old Testament and the Dead Sea Scrolls. A former Protestant pastor, Dr. Bergsma entered the Catholic Church in 2001 while working toward his Ph.D. in Theology from the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Bergsma is the author of the popular Bible Basics for Catholics series, a regular guest on Catholic radio, and a highly sought speaker at conferences nationally and internationally.
